His background in HR includes organizational process evaluation and improvement\, labor laws\, integration of businesses\, cost reduction\, organizational development\, and all functional areas of human resources. These include but are not limited to Benefits\, Compensation\, Staffing\, Diversity\, ERISA\, DOL Compliance\, Immigration\, Learning & Development\, Stock Administration\, Executive Compensation\, Employee Relations\, and over 300 Mergers & Acquisitions.
