Hidden Costs of DIY HR

Trying to do HR yourself puts your company in major jeopardy legally, financially, and culturally
Join us for a candid discussion on the real deal behind DIY HR – no fluff, just straight talk and practical tips to save you time and money.
Small and mid-sized businesses often run lean—on resources, expenses, and structure. While this scrappy approach can lead to success when it comes to profits ( we’ve all heard the stories of entrepreneurs who grew their ventures from a garage to a corner office), the real costs often stay hidden.
From compliance risks and time-draining admin work to burnout, errors, and missed opportunities, DIY HR can quietly pull leaders away from the work that drives growth. In this webinar, we’ll unpack the true cost of managing HR on your own, share real-world examples, and explore smarter ways to support your people without overloading your team.
